Jack Daniel’s claims competitor’s look-a-like whiskey bottle ‘dilutes’ its brand
Jack Daniels has filed a lawsuit against Texas based companies, Dynasty Sprits and Gulf Coast Distillers. They say the companies intentionally created and marketed a product in a way that would deceive consumers into thinking it’s associated with Jack Daniel’s.
