Is one workout better than multiple, shorter workouts while you're stuck at home?
With more people working from home and gyms across the country closed down, home workouts are becoming more popular. With many people exercising simply to just pass the time (since many places are closed), some are wondering if it’s a good idea to exercise once-a-day or to spread the workouts throughout the day.
